i think it would be cool if you made it black and white and used it as the countdown to a film, like how you always see that 4 second clip before a reel plays.
I'm... indecisive, so I'm not sure which one I like better.
I guess.. the first one. : D
It depends on what you want the viewer to experience to determine the version that fits best. The first one I liked the best because the color and movement changed quickly like a timer would and also because of the more sporadic movement. The second one was much slower and allowed me to see the repeating pattern of the block's movement. I feel like that takes away from the animation when it becomes repetitive and predictable, especially with the random movement of the smaller blocks.
