Very funkadelic use of a busy pattern and a cleverly wrapped package in camouflage. I like the contrast of black and white stripes and the white background. Your lighting is excellent as always, and your models quite originally charming in their attire.
The simplicity of the stripes is a good counter to the more elaborate pattern and makes the model pop out distinctly against her background--while her surprise package is cleverly hidden in an apparent optical illusion.
However that busy pattern seems to make the eyes hurt at smaller resolutions. As a larger print I think it would likely solve the potential for eyestrain, as compared to viewing on a computer screen!
Honestly, these women can't put out what they really want. Their faces don't look very good, even if their body atones for it. But their outfits, and sitational um situations XD are quite nice. This is a good picture, but the model makes it wrong. She doesn't seem right for modeling. Just my view.
I always love your work, so please don't take this the wrong way when I say this is a very weak picture compared to what you have done in the past.
I like the idea a lot, but I think there was too much focus on the correct placement of the package that it took away from the placement of the model. She is a wonderful and beautiful model, but in this picture she seems very awkward and out of place. I think a more effective picture for this type of idea is to have the shot be waist up and the main background is the paper. Have her be more mystified by the disappearance of her package with a closer focus on her face. Also, with a closer shot you can see the package more clearly, and you can match it to the background so it can also stay quite hidden.
Anyways still great work, I look forward to seeing more.
Wow, thank you so much for your kind and very helpful critique! A lot of people always write how great this or that picture is but just a few people take the time to take a deeper lock on the picture. Thanks for that, this is what helps to become better
